A CW-C Service is based on good coordination of time and resources with a clearly defined action plan.

Depending on the task, CW-C works on its own or as the technical supervisor for the supporting personnel.

Typical tasks for a service assignment include the following:

• Verification and correction of the basic mechanical settings of coating units, including calibration of displays;
• Assembly and functional checks, commissioning and start-up assistance for new or 2nd-hand coating heads;
• Replacement of spare parts and overhaul of coating heads incl. adjustment, function check and start-up support;
• FAT onsite / offsite;
